Several times a year, various ones in our membership invest their cooking & baking skills to prepare homemade cakes or pies. We gather at the church in teams and deliver these kitchen creations to individuals and families throughout our community as a way of introducing our church family and communicating in a unique & memorable way that God loves them.
The Scripture affirms – O taste and see that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8). The Psalmist also declared – How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Psalm 119:103). We want our community to know that there is no sweeter love than that of the heavenly Father and His Word is just as sweet. Above all, we want to touch each life around us with the gospel message of forgiveness and eternal life in Jesus Christ.
